Siri Bahadur Khalsa began Practicing and Teaching Yoga and meditation in the mid-1970’s. Since then he has continued his practice and training to extend his teaching capacity to the point to train others to be teachers. The pursuit of meditation led to a deep relationship with breath and sound. The use of vocal sounds, bowls, gongs and guitar provide an inviting environment to find a coherent meditative experience.
